Full-time Warehouse Stocker/Excel Inventory Management wanted for the Florida Council on Compulsive Gambling, located in downtown Sanford. Beautiful location, great benefits (paid medical, dental, vision, and paid vacation and holidays). The successful candidate will be an expert in Excel and have advanced experience with Microsoft Office. The physical requirements of the position entail receiving and stocking large quantities of various items and weight. The candidate must be able and willing to stock shelves using a ladder and lifting boxes as much as 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

Excel Expert, with advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, using word processing, email, and internet searching.
Prior experience accurately maintaining a large inventory system, involving electronic scanning, is preferred.
Experience creating and maintaining an Excel spreadsheet database and submitting monthly reports.
Must be able to create and utilize formulas, pivot tables, and format documents as needed.
Must have excellent organizational skills, a strong work ethic, able to multi-task, ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines, and work independently as needed.
Must be able to work 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, with flexibility in schedule if required for special projects and events.
Prior experience handling crisis contacts is a plus.
Compassionate attitude towards people suffering from addictions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of general office machines, systems, including data entry, e-mail, filing, copying, scanning.
Primary Responsibilities include:

Prepare detailed logs and monthly narrative reporting as well as Excel spreadsheets of activities performed.
Primary responsibility for organizations inventory system.
Handle crisis help and information contacts through the 888-ADMIT-IT Helpline.
Provide general office support to all staff.
Professionally answer office telephone line and route callers to appropriate staff.
Collect and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, as well as UPS/Fed Ex shipments.
Prepare and mail informational packets and awareness materials for helpline callers, and others as needed.
Assist with fulfillment of material orders and keeping inventory accurate.
Assure office equipment is in good running order and stocked on a daily basis.
